Today, the students of the College Saint martin in Marquise are sadly saying goodbye to our
Assistants. Our departure will make many St Martin students extremely sad: many of them are disappointing and heartbroken that they will not visit their classroom next week, so they beg them at lunch time to play with them. Our students are celebrities. A warm sun appeared as the day went by and the doors started to open more and more; Christelle, Magali and Nadege (the English Teachers) here at St Martin, were thrilled to share their
assistants with the rest of the school. They sent them to work with the lower school teachers to give the little ones a taste of the Rassias Method®.

Of course, they had a grandiose time and instantly wore big smiles on their faces. Despite the exhaustion and the relentless efforts that they have put into this program, the Poly students remain resilient and enthusiastic making more and more. We have witnessed creativity and engagement throughout the week in the work they have accomplished. They proudly catered to a community that doesn't want to say good bye to them. It will be hard for our
Assistants as well, but the enthusiasm they inspired will never fade. Saint Martin is waiting
de pied ferme for the next
Assistants in June, 2017. --M. B
